Returns

To start your return, you will need the email address used to place your purchase and order number.

This is 7 digits including #, that can be found in your order confirmation email. e.g.#US1000.

Our return policy for all items on our site is of 14 days from the day of receipt of your parcel. Items should be returned in their original conditions, unused, unworn, and unwashed, with their original packaging and all tags attached. Sunglasses should be returned in their cases with the cleaning cloth.

Returns are chargeable when using the portal to return any unwanted items. Any return fee will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount. If you choose to use your own carrier to return your purchase, please ensure you use a tracked service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been issued.

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 working days of receipt.

If you are unable to raise your return or outside of our return policy, please contact us directly for further assistance.

Any return without request and received outside of our return policy, will be accepted solely at the discretion of our Customer Care team, and may only be credited in the form of a gift card. This gift card will be redeemable online only, for a specific duration which can be up to 12 months.

After Heidi Klein receives your return, it may take up to 15 business days for it to be processed and your refund to be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.
